Spicy Coconut Rice and Kidney Beans
~note: for this recipe, I very carefully (read: with gloves) finely chopped a small habanero and a small scorpion pepper. They were both very small and didn’t have many seeds, but I did use both entire peppers with the seeds. (We like things spicy in my house!)
Jerk seasoning recipe:
~note: for this, I added a handful of cilantro and because it needed some extra liquid while I blended it, I added the juice of half a lime and a little water too. I also didn’t use that many garlic cloves. I only used three.
