My husband just whipped up this most amazing grilled salmon for me tonight. I mentioned to him seeing a recipe online about where, rather than using a cedar plank for the grill, use slices of lemon as the “plank”.
Here’s the recipe and directions:
~recipe: season lightly with cayenne and lawrys.
~directions: cook approx 10 minutes, flipping salmon once directly on lemon “plank”.
The salmon was incredibly moist and yet very lemony and smoky. Enjoy!
