We didn’t realize how much we missed living so close to the Sonoma/Napa region, until we went last month for a visit. We especially missed our friends at the Mayo Reserve Room. We had a fantastic food and wine pairing!

Here we have the Carrot and Feta Salad
Followed up by the Butter Poached Halibut Cheek, Grilled Pumpkin & Green Apple, Meyer Lemon Gelee
The last of course one was: A Sort of Sagnaki
Course two began with a Shoulder of Lamb & Autumn Vegetables
We then had Grilled New York Strip with Romano Beans and Sweet Peppers
Ending the second course was Achiote Rabbit Rillette
Lastly, our meal ended with an incredible dessert of an Orange Cinnamon Roll
