We used to go there every now and then, until we discovered there fabulous happy hour. They have happy hour everyday starting at 3pm until 6pm. This is on the rare side; most places only have happy hour Monday – Friday. They also have Chimay (white) on tap. That is VERY rare to find. They have scrumptious small plate and drink specials on an ever-changing menu too. I added a link to the restaurant on my ‘links’ page.
We’ve made some friends at our local spot too. We have the excellent bartenders: Colleen and Javier. Along with all of her other responsibilities being the General Manager of a restaurant, we’ve also made friends with Tessa Turner. Tessa works very hard also helping to make some incredibly inventive libations for the restaurant. And our other friend, the Executive Chef, Thomas Ricci, makes some truly delicious food creations as well. They are very fun to photograph and even more fun for us to eat!
