This was the name of the event that we attended on Wednesday at The Village at Santana Row. They had over 20 different and delicious Pinot Noirs to taste. Chef Thomas had some very lovely passed appetizers that truly complimented the wines being showcased.
In addition to all of that, there was a fabulous and very unique spice experience courtesy of ‘Flavor’, located at Santana Row too. We enjoyed the Black Truffle Fusion Salt the best. Simply divine!
‘The Olive Bar’ from Campbell was there as well, showing off some of their fantastic olive oils and vinegars. The Butter Olive Oil was to die for.
We had an amazing time and we look forward to many more events at The Village!

The dessert on the left in the following two photos, had a layer of Ghost Pepper Salt in it. Sweet and spicy is an amazing combination!
