Mayo Reserve Room – Winter Menu 2010

I believe I did make a disclaimer that there would be a lot of photos from the Mayo Family Winery Reserve Room…

And well, here is the latest. With our good friends in tow, we visited the Reserve Room at Mayo a couple weekends ago. We were treated exceptionally well, as always. We were even treated to a complimentary bottle of champagne from our good friend Jeff Mayo to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary coming up. (thanks Jeff!)

Here were the delicious yummies that were had:

We stopped at Mayo on 13 Feb 10, and met Max and had his wonderful food and enjoyed the great wine! OMG- We rave about it to everyone! Of all the wineries we stopped at that day- this is our favorite! Max was gave us a great education on wine making and the food/wine pairing was phenomonal! Thanks for the pictures, because the one’s I took were of almost clean plates! I didn’t think of taking pix of the food until we were almost done eating!

And the painting of the wine glass and grapes that was hanging behind the bar, looks beautiful on our stairway wall! :) (it was a pain to get from there to our place in Orange County though, and I am saving the olive oil for special occasions!)

    Thanks for the great pix!
