Most recently, the Mayo Reserve Room changed their menu from the Summer 2009 Menu to the Harvest 2009 Menu. We have yet to expereince the new Harvest Menu, but we were able to thoroughly enjoy the Summer one. Even though we didn’t get a chance to meet the new Chef, Chef Max Porter-Elliott, we did try his creations and they were lovely as all Mayo creations always are. We are always so amazed by their food and wine pairings! We brought two friends along with us this time and introduced them to the magic of Mayo as well.
