Mayo Family Winery Reserve Room

My husband and I visited the Reserve Room last month for our anniversary and here are some shots from the seven-course pairing menu.  It includes seven Mayo Family Reserve wines and seven dishes created and prepared by Chef Oliver to compliment the seven wines.   It’s truly amazing how well the food compliments the wine and how in turn, the wine compliments the food.
